Third-party connections
Even with no cookies, your browser makes two connections in order to display the page. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and technical request data to serve the page and protect it from attack. And one of the typefaces is loaded from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited), which receives your IP address when it is downloaded.
Neither of those connections places cookies in your browser.
